The Bruins Might Have Something In Peter Cehlarik

Slow and steady wins the race.  As far as sayings go this is one to live by and usually produces results.  It also seems to apply to Bruins wing Peter Cehlarik.  Throughout training camp Cehlarik has been as consistent as any player and is making a legitimate bid at a spot on the team’s regular season roster to begin the season.  A 6-2 202 lb winger, Cehlarik has amassed a goal and three assists in the Bruins’ three preseason games to date and has done a great job of doing the dirty work along the boards that accompanies the position.  While injuries slowed him in Providence last year he is only 23 and seems to be yet another young bright spot on a Bruins roster suddenly filled with good young talent.

Check out Matt Kalaman’s (CBS Boston) article for more on Cehlarik’s progress.
