The Boston Bruins won in easy fashion 5-1 Saturday night at home over the Toronto Maple Leafs. David Pastrnak scored three goals to pace the B’s as they led 1-0 after the first period and never lost their advantage throughout the game. Jaroslav Halak got the win in net saving 40 out of 41 shots as he continues to cement himself as the leader of the goalie group in Boston. The Bruins now sit at 9-5-2 and have a quick turnaround as they host the Vegas Golden Knights tonight at the TD Garden.
