Patriots Win In Buffalo…Again!

posted in: Patriots 0

The Patriots won 25-6 in Buffalo on Monday night in what was a far from inspiring outing from the offense against one of the worst teams in the NFL.  Granted the Bills defense is respectable but the New England offense has high expectations and it has continued to fall short of those so far this season.  In particular Rob Gronkowski was very quiet and the running game was virtually nonexistent.  The defense was paced by Devin McCourty who closed out the game with a 84 yard pick six with 5:54 left in the fourth quarter.  While the defense only allowed 6 points and 333 total yards it’s tough to take too much away from this one since the Bills might just have the worst offense in the league.  Overall it’s nice to get a win but the team needs to play better if it hopes to beat the Packers this week at Foxborough.  After all Aaron Rodgers is a whole different beast than Derek Anderson…
